Tans are fading, sweaters are coming out of storage—fall is officially here. To fully embrace the change of seasons, we created this DIY sugar scrub to slough off that summer skin. The oatmeal and coconut oil add moisture, the sugar exfoliates, and the Grapefruit, Peppermint and Sweet Orange will leave your body smelling fresh and feeling cleansed. Consider it the perfect weekday night ritual—because your skin should still feel soft under all those turtlenecks.
Add the oats, sugar and coconut oil to a small mixing bowl. Then, add the essential oils and mix together with a spoon. Apply the scrub all over your body, then rinse off in the shower or tub! You can also apply it to just your hands or lips. Easy peasy.
