There are plenty of ways to cleanse post-patio season and no, ours doesn’t involve juice. Instead, we suggest this quick and easy face steam—because sometimes you just need to sweat it out.
8 drops Geranium—balancing and typically used to combat breakouts
5 drops Grapefruit—brightening and creates a natural glow
3 drops Sweet Orange—high in vitamin C and increases circulation
Start by filling a medium/large bowl with boiling water, then add the essential oils to it. Sit with your face over the bowl and drape a towel over your head. Steam your face for about 2-5 minutes. Breathe deeply, relax, and feel ready to take on a new season.
